Planet Parker Summer Program

Any child who is not currently a student at Robert C. Parker School must submit immunization records and most recent physical (within one year of session start date) from their healthcare provider upon enrollment in summer programs.

• Cancellations made more than two weeks before the program session begins will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee per student, per session.

• Cancellations made two weeks or less before the program session begins are not refundable.

• No refunds are provided for student absences.

We expect all children to:

• Use safe bodies and words at all times

• Follow directions from staff and participate cooperatively in activities

• Care for shared materials, indoor spaces, and outdoor environments

• Include others and contribute positively to the Planet Parker community

Our staff will:

• Support children with clear expectations, guidance, and positive reinforcement

• Use age-appropriate strategies to help children problem-solve and make good choices

• Communicate with families if behavioral challenges arise

• Staff will work with the child to understand what’s happening and help them reset

• Ongoing or unsafe behavior may require a conversation with families

• In rare cases, if a child’s behavior consistently impacts their safety or the well-being of others, Planet Parker reserves the right to dismiss the child from the program
